Congratulations on making the decision to put yourself first through committing to personal self-development!
To ensure a successful partnership please read my terms & conditions containing information regarding my business practices & policies. It is intended to start our relationship off on the right foot.
Appointments:
If you are unable to make your session, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full session. No refunds will be given for any cancellations (or no-shows) made under 24 hours.
I asked that you allow me 10-15 minutes for a late cushion. Please understand that while I try to be as on time as possible, clients do have emergencies and breakthroughs. I do not cut clients off in the middle of a breakthrough or a critical thought because our time is up. Also, because I am often channeling, there are times I may go over due to the information being delivered.
To stay as close to on time as possible; I will not take questions at the very last minute of our session. If you have questions at the last-minute mark you will be asked to write them down and save them for the next session.
Me canceling your appointment:
We have all been there; emergencies happen. Please be aware that there are times when clients are going through challenges and may need extra time. While each one of you (and your progress) is important to me. There are times (while extremely rare) when emergencies happen, and I may have to cancel your appointment. I will make every attempt to reschedule you within a timely manner. Your understanding on this topic is much appreciated and again this is an exceedingly rare occurrence.
Payments:
Payments must be made prior to your session via the booking page on my website. Sessions will NOT be booked without first paying ahead of time.
My prices are as stands and they reflect the energy, money, and time that I have put into learning and teaching these modalities. Please be respectful by not asking for discounts.
Contacting me:
If there is an emergency, please always contact 911, your primary care physician, or a support group.
Non-Emergencies: While I would love to say I'm able to respond to emails in between sessions to your questions or concerns, unfortunately I am unable to get back to everyone. If you have a question in between sessions please write it down and we will discuss it during our next meeting.
I will always do my best and attempt to respond; however, it is not always possible.

Although Energy Medicine appears to have promising emotional, spiritual, and physical health benefits, it has yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities; therefore Energy Medicine is considered experimental. Energy Medicine is self-regulated and the State of California does not license any Energy Medicine practitioners and considers Energy Medicine to be alternative or complementary to the healing arts that are licensed by the State of California.
While Rev. Elexis Ansley has extensive experience as a healing arts practitioner, she is not a physician, psychologist, or other licensed healing arts practitioner and her services are not licensed by the State of California. Under Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6 of California’s Business and Professions Code, Dee Merz can offer her services, subject to the requirements and restrictions that are described fully therein.
You understand when using Energy Medicine, the practitioner is not “diagnosing” or “treating” the physical body which is the domain of the medical field and other allied health care professionals but instead is connecting spirit-to-spirit with a client to assist the client in addressing imbalances within the client’s energy system, as well as exploring the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions and how they impact the client. You understand there is a distinction between “healing” using Energy Medicine and the practice of medicine or any other licensed health care practice.
Any information presented on this website or during sessions about Energy Medicine is not intended to represent that Energy Medicine is used to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any medical problem or psychological disorder nor is Energy Medicine intended as a substitute for seeking professional health care advice and services. Rev. Elexis Ansley does not provide any medical services and strongly advises that you seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decision.
